It’s a wrap for Thailand real estate’s grandest celebration yet!
AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited earned its first-ever Best Developer title at Friday night’s 13thannual PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards 2018, the long-running industry honours held at The Athenee Hotel, Bangkok. The company collected seven gongs, including an award for CSR (corporate social responsibily).
Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC) was also a big winner, taking home six statuettes, whilst Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, Group CEO of Frasers Property Limited TCC Assets (Thailand) was honoured by Property Report magazine as the recipient of the 2018 Thailand Real Estate Personality of the Year, which was presented by PropertyGuru’s chief business officer, Lewis Ng.
With a total of 52 awards handed out to the country’s best developers from Chiang Mai to Phuket, the gala event was long but packed with highlights, including the presentation of new categories to recognise nich segments such as Senior Living Development, Home Office Development, Co Working Space Development, Community Retail, and Smart Home Development. Raks Thai Foundation also presented the Special Recognition for Community Projects Award.
More than 620 attended the event with a keynoted message by Dr. Prayoth Benyasut, the Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce.
